Copyright and audio ownership
MeloNode is for music collaboration. Use only audio and files you own or have permission to use.
Your responsibility
- Only share audio, vocals, beats, loops, stems, samples, demos, and files you own or have permission to use.
- Sample clearance, licenses, credits, publishing, and commercial release rights are your responsibility.
- Do not impersonate artists, producers, labels, managers, or collaborators.
What MeloNode does not do
MeloNode does not automatically verify copyright, sample clearance, ownership, publishing splits, or commercial release rights.
Report stolen audio
If you believe someone is using stolen audio, unauthorized samples, impersonation, or other infringing material, contact support@melonode.app.
Repeat abuse
Repeated copyright, impersonation, scam, or stolen-audio abuse may lead to restrictions where MeloNode safety tools support it. A final takedown and repeat-infringer process still needs legal review before public launch.
Commercial release
Collaborators are responsible for handling rights, splits, credits, publishing, contracts, and releases outside MeloNode. Split drafts in MeloNode are planning notes only and are not legal contracts.
