Delete your MeloNode account

MeloNode is in beta. Account deletion may require support handling while backend deletion tools are completed.

How to request deletion

  1. Open MeloNode.
  2. Go to Settings, then Account or Legal & Privacy if the option is available in your build.
  3. If in-app deletion is not available, email support@melonode.app from the email address connected to your account.
  4. Use the subject line: Delete my MeloNode account.

What may be deleted

What may be retained

Some safety, abuse, legal, copyright, support, or security records may be retained where needed. MeloNode does not promise instant complete deletion of every backend or operational record in the beta.

Audio and files

Audio and files are local-only in the current beta. Cloud audio upload is not implemented, so deleting the app or resetting local data may be required to remove local device audio.
